Ephraim "Eph" Hannaford

When the musical Hannaford family followed Mary and Benjamin from Australia to Benton Harbor, the older brother of band leader Ezra "Cookie" Hannaford, named Ephraim "Eph" Hannaford, played in the band that marched from the train station to the colony.  He became an early member of the House of David band and was a first-rate trombone player.
